Thursday Latin Class 

The Thursday night Latin Class is an opportunity for anyone to enjoy some really great Latin American Dancing. The class starts at 7:30pm and is split into two sections.

Beginner & Intermediate Class 7:30-8:30pm

This class provides for dancers of all levels to either just enjoy the music and the dance or to work on their dancing skills. There are set routines for Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive and all routines are explained by a qualified coach prior to dancing.

The routines are aimed at a beginner to intermediate level, and it may take a few weeks to get the hang of the routines. For those wishing to speed up the process, there is always the option of taking a couple of private lessons or attending the Beginner Class.

Intermediate to Advanced Class 8:30-9:30pm

This is a really cool class where you can just let loose and dance. There are still set routines for the dances, but there is no intro – just music and dance.

Again, it may take some time to get the hang of the routines, a couple of lessons to help with some of the steps and technique can be of real benefit. This class is also a great opportunity for those looking for a bit of a work-out. The tempo is up slightly and if you go for it, you’re guaranteed a great work-out.
